Terms & Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Simpl Rentals website and all rental services provided by us. By accessing our website or booking a rental, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Your rental contract consists of:

• These Terms and Conditions
• The Rental Agreement document provided when you collect your vehicle
• Any signed addendums or electronic agreements
• The Privacy Policy
• The return receipt or invoice showing rental charges

Together, these documents form the legally binding Rental Agreement between you (the renter) and Simpl Rentals.

The rental gives you possession of the vehicle only. Ownership always remains with Simpl Rentals.

"You" or "your" refers to the renter. "We," "us," or "our" refers to Simpl Rentals. This agreement may not be transferred, delegated, or assigned by you.

The minimum age to rent a vehicle from Simpl Rentals is 21 years old. We do not rent to drivers under 21.

• All displayed rates include 9% sales tax.
• Rental charges are based on a 24-hour daily rate.
• We do not charge hidden fees. Extra charges only apply if:
• The vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level it was provided with
• The vehicle is not returned clean (see Cleaning Policy below)

Vehicles are provided with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same amount. If not, we will charge $5 USD per liter of fuel shortage.

Vehicles must be returned in the same clean condition they were provided. A $100 cleaning fee will apply if returned with:

• Excessive dirt or sand (especially beach sand)
• Wet or stained seats
• Evidence of smoking

All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance as required by law. This covers damages or injuries to other people and their property. Please note that this does not cover damage to the rental car itself.

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition, on the agreed date, time, and location listed in your Rental Agreement.
• Early or late returns may affect your rental rate.
• Late returns incur an additional day's rental charge.
• Returning outside business hours (without prior approval) means you remain responsible for the vehicle until it is processed by us.

Simpl Rentals may repossess the vehicle without prior notice if:

• It is illegally parked, abandoned, or used unlawfully
• You breach the Rental Agreement

Repossession may involve GPS tracking, remote disabling, or other secure methods. You are responsible for reasonable repossession costs.

All rental charges are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If applicable, charges may be converted to your billing currency unless you have requested otherwise.
