You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle from Simpl Rentals. Drivers under 21 are not eligible for rental.
All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance as required by law. This covers damages or injuries to other people and their property. Please note that this does not cover damage to the rental car itself. Additional coverage options may be available upon request.
Yes, you can add an additional driver to your rental agreement. The additional driver must meet the same age and license requirements as the primary renter. Additional fees may apply.
In case of an accident, please contact us immediately. Do not move the vehicle unless necessary for safety. Take photos of the damage and the scene, and obtain a police report if required. We will guide you through the next steps.
We accept debit cards for payment. However, a hold may be placed on your account for the duration of the rental as a security deposit. Please ensure sufficient funds are available.
A security deposit is required at the time of pickup. The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle type. It will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in the same condition, subject to inspection.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our rental vehicles. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found upon return.
Yes, additional drivers can be added at the time of booking or at pickup. All additional drivers must present a valid driver's license and meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
